I get asked all the time why I named my business “Go Raw, Not Crazy”®.  Well, to put it simply, it’s
because my business is about how to go raw, not crazy!   It’s about more than just having a raw kitchen or household.  It's about eating raw without driving yourself (and those around you) nuts.  Nobody wants to be told what they can't have, what they'll have to give up, or how much they'll miss their old favorites.   And certainly, nobody wants to be preached to.

My goal is to show people that they can have a happy, productive, healthy  & satisfying life.  One way we all try to achieve that kind of life is by what we eat.  When we eat food, we want it to look good, taste great, be exciting, and make us feel wonderful!

My kitchen is a welcoming place of happiness, creativity, solace and even meditation.  Making love-filled, nutrient-packed, scrumptious food is my passion!  I love to make raw, living food that is so delectable that it knocks people's socks off – knocks ‘em off to the point that they want my raw foods more than their cooked ones.

I do have 3 rules though, and anyone can implement them.  They are that every dish created in my kitchen must be:

     1.    made of raw, living food.
     2.    absolutely delicious and as good or better than its cooked counterpart.
     3.    fun to make and eat!

What if you could have a banana split for dinner, and not only not have to concern yourself with the calorie count or fat content, but also get up from the table feeling satisfied, virtuous, energized and HEALTHY?  What if  . . .  just what if . . .  you could truly enjoy what you want, as much as you want, and never have to ever worry again about the ingredients or how they might adversely affect your body? 

Well, it's possible.

A few short years ago I wouldn’t have believed it, either.

I like to say there is almost nothing cooked that I can’t make a raw version of.  And if I can make it raw, healthy and mouth-wateringly tasty, then why would I ever eat its cooked equivalent?  I invite you to learn my techniques and recipes, to turn your kitchen and your diet into your own personal nirvana, and to have a blast doing it.
